What is covered under warranty?

  • Microphone and speaker (no moisture/dust damage)
  • Logic board and buttons
  • Network problems (WiFi, Bluetooth)
  • Touchscreen that is partially or completely not working
  • Battery: if capacity is below 70% within 2 years

What is not covered?

  • Fall damage, impact or moisture damage
  • Screen crack or broken camera lens
  • Water damage (refurbished is not waterproof)
  • Loose parts or user damage
  • Illegal software or third-party repairs

Average delivery time: 14 business days. MacBooks and iMacs: 1-2 weeks longer.

  • Accessories: 12 months warranty (excl. cable breakage)
