What is covered under warranty?
- Microphone and speaker (no moisture/dust damage)
- Logic board and buttons
- Network problems (WiFi, Bluetooth)
- Touchscreen that is partially or completely not working
- Battery: if capacity is below 70% within 2 years
What is not covered?
- Fall damage, impact or moisture damage
- Screen crack or broken camera lens
- Water damage (refurbished is not waterproof)
- Loose parts or user damage
- Illegal software or third party repairs

Register for repair
Go to leapp.nl/aanmelden-reparatie-en-retour . Make sure that:
- Apple ID has been deleted → View explanation
- You have made a backup → View explanation
Refund in case of irreparable defect
- 0-6 months: 100% reimbursement
- 7-12 months: 75% reimbursement
- 13-18 months: 55% reimbursement
- 19-24 months: 35% reimbursement
Repair time
Average 14 working days. MacBooks and iMacs: 1-2 weeks longer.
Warranty on accessories & repairs
- Accessories: 12 months warranty (excl. cable breakage)
- Paid repairs: 3 months warranty
- Damage caused by third parties? → Warranty void
