With 5G, the refurbished iPhone 12 is completely future-proof
At the end of 2020, Apple released the iPhone 12 and its sisters ( Pro , Pro Max and Mini ). Of course, we also have the refurbished iPhone 12 in our range. The most important change compared to its predecessor, the iPhone 11 , is that the iPhone 12 can handle 5G. Here we explain what 5G is exactly. That's pretty important if you plan on using your iPhone for many years. Because although it may seem like a pipe dream now, there will come a time when 5G signals will become the norm. No one knows exactly when that moment will be, but it doesn't seem to be long now.
What does it look like?
The refurbished iPhone 12 has flat edges, unlike previous designs with rounded sides. Doesn't that remind you of something? The iPhone 4 had that too! It gives the iPhone 12 a chic, luxurious look. On the back of the refurbished iPhone 12 you will find the so-called camera island, the surface where the cameras are incorporated. With the iPhone 12, this concerns two cameras and a flash. If you look at the iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max, you will find no less than three cameras and a flash.
What about the screen?
All refurbished iPhone 12 models have an OLED screen. An O-what? With an OLED screen, all pixels (tiny dots) of the screen can be switched on and off separately. Previous generations often had an LCD display, where the entire screen is illuminated from behind. This OLED technology has led to a screen with better color contrasts and more naturally distributed light. Black tones in particular come out better on an OLED screen.
Is there anything to photograph?
Yes, indeed! The refurbished iPhone 12 is equipped with two cameras on the back and one on the front. Thanks to new lenses in the cameras, the photos you take in poorly lit conditions are a lot better than before.
And not only the lenses have been improved, but also the photo and video software in the device has been taken to a higher level. The fact that Apple has managed to squeeze this quality of cameras into such a small format is a great achievement.
Also useful: wireless charging
You can charge your iPhone 12 wirelessly with a magnetic MagSafe charger. Don't have one? No problem! Regular USB-C chargers also work on your iPhone 12.
