The Refurbished Quality Mark, initiated by Techniek Nederland and supported by TÜV Nord and EDR Credit Services (part of DAS), guarantees that refurbished products meet the highest quality standards. For consumers, this means certainty about what they are buying, including extensive warranties and transparent communication about the condition of the products.

3. Transparency in cosmetic gradations
Our products are divided into clear gradations:
• A Grade: As new, no to minimal signs of use.
• B Grade: Lightly used, with minor signs of use.
• C Grade: Visibly used, with clear signs of use but technically perfect.
