With this service, leapp offers consumers an easy and sustainable way to trade in old phones for a fair compensation, while at the same time contributing to a circular economy.

The process is simple:
- Return: Customers can return their old phone via the website at https://verkopen.leapp.nl
- Assessment: The devices are assessed for condition and value.
- Compensation: Customers receive a fair compensation, promptly transferred to the customer's account.

leapp has been certified by the Keurmerk Refurbished since 2019. This means that all refurbished devices, including the returned phones, meet strict quality and sustainability requirements. Each phone is thoroughly tested, cleaned and, if necessary, fitted with new parts.
