The serial number or IMEI/MEID number can be found in several places.

  • Go to appleid.apple.com in a web browser on your computer.
  • Sign in with the Apple ID you use on your device.
  • Scroll down to the 'Devices' section. Select the device to see the serial number and IMEI/MEID number.

  • Do you have another device running iOS 10.3 or later that’s signed in to your Apple ID? On that device, go to Settings > [Your Name]. Scroll down to see the devices you’re signed in to with your Apple ID. Tap the device name to see its serial number and IMEI/MEID.
